I love to use my art work to make a difference in people’s lives and in the world.
I work with charities by participating in and creating both Silent and Live Art Auctions.

“Turn-key Art Auctions for Fundraising for Charity” work - 3 Levels:

1.  Silent Auction of Organization:

I donate a painting or print to the Charity with the Charity receiving 100% of the sale.

2.   Silent Auction by Len Garon held at Event.

  • I set up a display of my art (about 20 to 30 paintings) to be sold as an additional part of the Events Silent Auction.
  • All the paintings are priced at about 50% of retail to start the bidding with $25 increments in price. 
  • I supply all the bidding forms, collect the money from the highest bidder and pay the charity a 25% commission at the end of the evening.

Mayor Fenty at Eastern Market3.   A Custom Commission for the Highest Bidder

  • Conducted as either a Silent or Live Auction. 
  • I have created a sliding scale reflecting both size and medium for the painting commission so the bidders know what they will get for the price they are willing to bid.
  • The starting bid is $500 and the ending bid is $10,000.
  • The Charity makes from 25% to 50% commission based on the size of the Bids.
  • Discuss with Len the added potential for of each bidder to purchase a commissioned
  • Painting at the level of their highest bid.
